We are looking for

• The position will intiate/perform and characterize resin/raw material for raw material equivalency, in support of final product requalification.
• Support qualifications of emerging and/or existing products for raw material changes/reformulations in support of new business oppurtunities

We count on you

• Interpret and recommend qualification strategies in compliance with corporate standards
• Develop close interactive collaborative relationships with qualification engineerss, manufacturing, quality, customer engineering and account managers.

You will bring:

• Must have a bachelors or masters degree in chemistry with relevant experience in resin formulations is a plus.
• Foster relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure clear communications to facilitate effective and efficient execution of requalification/resite projects
• Follow management of change procedures in close coordination with site and global quality organizations
• Manage and support the lab technician for resin mixing to characterize raw material alternatives, 2nd sourcing or substitutions.

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $88,840-$140,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
