Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing and Quality Engineer to join our team in Hutto, TX. In this role, you will analyze and improve existing products and processes, and lead company-wide Safety, Quality (ISO 9001), and Regulatory Compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Product and Process improvements
Safety, Quality & Compliance: Partner with management to implement and maintain ISO 9001. Lead quarterly safety training/meetings and manage supplier compliance documentation for products and packaging.
Optimize Data Analysis of Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales Data

Qualifications & Competencies

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree, preferably Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing, preferrably polymer processing.
Analytical & Hands-On Skills: Proven problem-solving ability, proficiency with data analysis tools (programming Excel), and a strong hands-on approach to testing and troubleshooting.
Communication & Drive: Excellent written/verbal skills and cross-functional teamwork in a nimble, small-company environment to help push the company forward.
